TEDxWilsonPark is not just an event; it's an opportunity to connect with a community of curious individuals, change makers, and thought leaders who share a passion for exploration and the power of ideas. In the eight years since TEDx Wilson Park was formed, we have partnered with almost 70 speakers, garnering nearly 3 million views on their talks. This team is passionate about producing not only a quality event the Shoals community can engage with, but providing excellent videos that continue to influence thousands online.

What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxWilsonPark, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxWilsonPark event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
