ELLA CARROW
Ella began practicing Meditation 8 years ago. A year into her practice she took a 200hr course in India, followed by further studies in Bali, Berlin, and Abu Dhabi. Ella has been teaching for 6 years, and continues a personal practice daily. Her Meditation practice stems from an overall Yoga practice. Which is the practice of unity, and Presence, of mind and body. While often, Yoga is viewed as movement; it incorporates much stillness through Meditation and Breath.
Ella hopes to share her love of ancient, and traditional holistic practices to sustain wellbeing throughout the human experience. She discovered and began incorporating bowls 4 years into her practice. Sound or Singing Bowls emit a tone or vibration of focus, often felt internally, and externally. Amplifying the experience as a whole. Meditation offers an awareness, reflection, and love of self, and extending to all of Life. It invites peace, presence, and connection. Ella guides a complimentary Pranayama and Meditation class weekly at Yoga House Florence, feel welcome to drop in, and explore the practice more in depth.
