Janae Lyde

Janae Lyde had served as UNA’s athletic ticket manager since June of 2018 and has been with the department since 2016. Lyde earned her bachelor's degree in sport management from UNA in 2016. Prior to taking the position, she was a graduate assistant in the ticket office for two years, earning her master’s degree in sport management in 2018. She has also earned her master’s of business administration in 2019. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has also assisted in game day operations and marketing and promotions.

A former standout on the UNA women’s basketball team, Lyde lettered three seasons at North Alabama, earning Gulf South Conference all-tournament honors as a sophomore in the 2013-14 campaign. She played in 67 games with 48 starts, totaling 324 assists, leading the team each season. She scored 535 points with 231 rebounds and an even 100 steals.
